All rentals have a $75 cleaning deposit. Refundable after inspection or Venue will keep and clean.
*Parties with alcohol are required to use Venue 828 bartender and security guards. Also required to get Special Event liability one day insurance with no less than $1,000,000 general liability policy limits with Venue 828 as co-insured.

    We at Venue 828 are so grateful to the community for all the patronage you have shown us this year.  It is our sad duty to announce that we are closing the venue in order to pursue other business opportunities.  Our last day of operation will be December 17th.  If you have need for space to plan your next event then feel free to contact us and we will be happy to recommend one of the other great venues in the area.  We want to thank you again for your trust and participation in this business adventure.  Have a blessed holiday season and a happy new year!
